Seasonal Part-Time Production Associate
Job Description:
As a seasonal part-time member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in creating our unique candles and ensuring our customers receive their orders in time for the holidays. Your primary responsibilities will include pouring and crafting candles, as well as occasionally assisting with order fulfillment during our busy holiday season. Previous experience is not necessary, you will receive on-the-job training! This position is based locally in Simi Valley, CA and requires on-site presence; remote work is not available.
Pay: $16.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Candle Production: Contribute to the candle-making process, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in our products.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control to meet customer expectations.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Organization: Keep the production area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
The Ideal Candidate Would Be:
Passionate about Books: A genuine love for literature (bonus points for a love of fantasy or romance novels)
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to the agreed-upon work schedule.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere.
Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and able to lift 50 pounds.
Availability: Flexibility to work mornings after 9am or afternoons, especially during peak holiday periods. We can work with most schedules.
